Deputy Chief Investment Officer, Bridge Seniors Housing Fund Manager LLC
Blake Peeper is Deputy Chief Investment Officer of Bridge Seniors Housing Fund Manager LLC (“Bridge Seniors”), a fund manager for private equity real estate funds that focus exclusively on investments in seniors housing communities and medical properties, which funds collectively own approximately $3.5 billion of assets. Mr. Peeper is a member of the Investment Committee, Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Prior to Bridge Seniors, Mr. Peeper has served as Senior Vice President of Investments for Servant Capital Group where he is responsible for the firm’s investment activities, including origination, structuring, underwriting and financing of properties. Prior to 2011, Mr. Peeper was employed by CNL Financial Group, Inc. as an acquisition consultant for two affiliated REITs, CNL Lifestyle Properties, Inc. and CNL Healthcare Trust, Inc. and was involved in the acquisition of over $200 million of Seniors Housing properties. Mr. Peeper received his Bachelor of Science in business from Furman University and his M.B.A with a concentration in finance from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
