Vice President, Planning and Program Development, EMA
Kathleen Blake Curry, B.A., M.Ed., is presently Vice President for Planning and Program Development for EMA, the parent company of Copper Ridge and William Hill Manor. Ms. Curry has been involved in geriatric health care for the past 14 years. Her work has involved health care counseling with families. She has partnered with the clinical team and Hopkins faculty at Copper Ridge in creating the Family Liaison Program, Short Stay Evaluation Program, Medicare Rehab for Dementia, and the Friends and Family Lecture series. Kathleen has worked in the greater community to help raise the standard of dementia care by increasing community awareness, offering educational programs, and pursuing charitable giving from foundations and individual donors. Recently she has worked with The Copper Ridge Institute, affiliated with The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, as a liaison to bring consistency, continuity and innovation to the dementia care programs at William Hill Manor and other EMA communities. Her work presently has been expanded to include the exploration of future options in senior care living.
