Senior Vice President – Development Services, Greystone
Dave McDowell is responsible for managing the real estate development activities at Greystone. He oversees the teams responsible for land acquisition, project planning, design coordination and construction phase activities on behalf of Greystone clients. He has more than 30 years of experience in senior living, including project design, development management and construction oversight. Before joining Greystone in 1994, Dave was a partner at the architectural firm of Fusch-Serold and Partners, Inc. and was the principal architect for the firm’s senior living work. Dave received a Bachelor of Architecture from Texas Tech University in 1973.
