Michael has served as Executive Director since 1996 and is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Prior to joining the Resource Center staff, he was a Manager with Ernst & Young, LLP in their Health Care Consulting Practice. He has a degree in Health Care Administration from Stonehill College and has taught graduate courses in Health Care Public Policy at Yale University and the University of Connecticut. Michael is a member of the LeadingAge Leadership Cabinet, the Alzheimer’s Association, and a co-facilitator of the LeadingAge Connecticut Leadership Academy. He was a fellow in the 2009 Leadership LeadingAge Academy. He is frequently asked to speak on Alzheimer’s disease and dementia care at national and international conferences.
