Court Houseworth, Managing Director, joined Cain Brothers in 2004 in San Francisco and serves as the co-head of the firm’s Managed Care and Behavioral Health investment banking practices. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Houseworth had been a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers and Bear Stearns. Over the past 25 years, Mr. Houseworth has been involved in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, restructurings, valuations and not-for-profit conversions. Cain Brothers has more experience with mid-market health care transactions than any advisory firm.
