Alice Katz is the President of The Vinca Group L.L.C. She directs market feasibility, regulatory reviews and operations and financial analysis for senior housing and health care facilities. Ms. Katz has been responsible for asset management and technical assistance to improve operating and financial performance for multi facility portfolios. Ms. Katz was the co-founder of Oakwood Living Centers, Inc. which was a skilled nursing facility and rehabilitation company. She was a Senior Manager with Ernst and Young where she served as the Project Manager for the study that initially evaluated DRG reimbursement. Ms. Katz has a BS from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA with distinction and a Sloan Certificate from Cornell University.
