Ben Firestone is a Founding Partner of Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, the leading advisory firm exclusively focused on seniors housing and healthcare real estate. Ben is responsible for managing established and developing new client relationships. He also manages Blueprint’s strategic direction and is the managing broker for the firm. With over a decade in the seniors housing and care industry, Ben has structured over $1.0 billion in skilled nursing real estate transactions. He is an active member of the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC) Future Leaders Council and is a driving force behind NIC’s acclaimed Boot Camp and Capital Connections programs. Ben holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Michigan and MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
