John L. Pouschine is a Managing Director and Co-Founder of Pouschine Cook, a private equity firm with more than $250 million of capital under management. Prior to co-founding Pouschine Cook in 1998, Mr. Pouschine was a Senior Vice President and Director of London-based Electra Private Equity, where he managed expansion financings, recapitalizations and add-on acquisitions out of their New York office. Mr. Pouschine also has extensive experience in working with entrepreneurs and family owners to upgrade management teams, information systems and operational processes, and to accelerate the growth of their businesses, and in speaking publicly on these subjects.
