John zumBrunnen, owner and President of zumBrunnen, Inc. and FacilityForecast®, Inc., earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota, and completed construction training with the US Army Corp of Engineers. He has four decades of construction experience, and founded zumBrunnen, Inc. in 1989. The Atlanta-based firm specializes in providing construction monitoring and consulting services to the senior living and healthcare fields, assuring investors and owners that their projects are built to industry standards, on time, and on budget.
