Patrick Pilch leads BDO’s National Healthcare Advisory Practice and Co-Founded the BDO Center for Healthcare Excellence & Innovation. He has more than 25 years of healthcare services, and provides strategy, business transformation, interim management, M&A advisory, restructuring, turnaround, and performance improvement services to assist organizations and their stakeholders. He advises on strategic, turnaround, and performance improvement, he conducts operational and financial assessments, develops future state models and roadmaps, and implements alignment strategies across the continuum of care for health services, biotech, and pharmaceutical companies. He has served as a strategic advisor to investors, private equity, hospitals, boards, foundations, and physician groups in matters involving mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, tech transfer, real estate holdings, and other assets and restructurings. Patrick is a certified public accountant and licensed investment banker.
