With more than 30 years of leadership experience in serving seniors, Rich is a sought-after expert who generously shares his gifts and vision with similar ministries across the nation. He has served as Chair of the board of the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (now LeadingAge), and has chaired the Life Services Network Association and the Health Resources Alliance boards. He has spoken extensively on issues affecting aging services, including Strategic Planning, Alliances, Technology, and Public Policy. Having earned his master’s degree in Health Administration from Governors State University, he periodically returns there to teach courses in Nursing Home Administration and Concepts of Long-Term Care. Rich also puts his faith into action by serving on his local church and school boards.
