Prior to serving as SVP at MedEquities Reatly Trust, Steve Graham served as Managing Director of M&A Services at Lancaster Pollard & Co. Mr. Graham has been Senior Vice President and Director of Post Acute Acquisition & Development at MedEquities Realty Trust, Inc since June 2015. Prior to Lancaster Pollard, he served as Senior Investment Officer and Vice President of Ventas/Nationwide Health Properties Inc., since February 6, 2007. Mr. Graham is in charge of Southcentral Investment Region. He served as a Senior Vice President and Loan Group Manager of Comerica Bank. He served as the Senior Vice President and in charge of specialty healthcare finance of Residential Capital LLC (GMAC ResCap) since 2004. He served as an Executive Officer of Cathedral Rock Management, LP (Cathedral Rock Corporation) since 1998, serving as a Founding Principal and President of its investment and financing subsidiary. Mr. Graham spent 15 years in commercial banking focused on healthcare and other investment areas. He served as Senior Vice President and Loan Group Manager of the Commercial Middle Market (Fort Worth) at Comerica Bank, Texas. Mr. Graham graduated from Southern Methodist University.
