Steven A. Kaye is a partner in the Healthcare Real Estate, Office, Leasing and Construction Practices. He is co-chair of the Real Estate Practice and co-leader of the Healthcare Real Estate Team.
Steven focuses his practice on real estate activities, such as the acquisition, sale, leasing and financing of projects. His clients include owners, developers and users of office buildings, medical offices and other healthcare facilities, data centers, shopping centers and industrial properties. Steven has significant experience representing real estate investment trusts (REITs), non-traded REITs and private equity funds in connection with their portfolio and recapitalization transactions.
Prior to joining AGG, Steven practiced in Philadelphia and Minneapolis.
