Genesis Healthcare is one of the largest skilled nursing operators in the country. Prior to becoming CEO, Mr. Hager was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and was responsible for corporate finance, information services, reimbursement and risk management. He joined Genesis in 1992 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and was named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 1994. He has over 25 years of experience in the health care industry.
