Executive Vice President – Senior Housing, HCP, Inc.
Kendall Young has been Executive Vice President – Senior Housing since September 2010 at HCP, Inc. Prior to joining HCP, he was affiliated with Strategic Value Partners in Greenwich, Connecticut, where he was Managing Director, Global Head of Asset Management, from 2007 to 2010. At Strategic Value Partners, Mr. Young was responsible for managing all aspects of a large commercial property portfolio. Before that, he held Managing Director positions with Merrill Lynch from 2005 to 2007 and GE Capital Real Estate from 1992 to 2005, where he originated and managed large U.S. and international portfolios of real estate equity and debt investments.
