Nancy Libson, Director of Housing Policy at the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging, has more than 30 years experience in affordable housing policy development, program implementation, technical assistance and training, and advocacy. Ms. Libson’s work at AAHSA focuses on developing policy and positions related to affordable service enriched senior housing in conjunction with association members; providing technical assistance to members; improving housing programs; advocating for policy changes in Congress and within the Department of Housing and Urban Development and for adequate appropriations for housing; and developing coalitions among housing public interest groups and organizations. Prior to joining AAHSA in 2003, Ms. Libson held posts with government and legislative offices and private firms in the development of affordable senior housing.
